NEURO-SOMATIC ALCHEMY
Neuro-Somatic Alchemy is a trauma-informed experiential approach towards mind-body integration. This technique allows clients to sense and regulate their own physiology and states of being. This includes building more internal and external resources, building trusting and co-regulatory relationships, learning to turn inward with compassion, being invited deeper in the body, and given time and space to process their trauma. These somatic techniques can serve to unwind trauma and restore well being to help you understand more about what holds you back from creating the life you want. Transform stuck parts of yourself into inner resources of strength, love, and freedom. Remove the barriers in your relationships, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and others.
COMPASSIONATE INQUIRY
The Compassionate Inquiry® approach, developed by Dr. Gabor Maté, reveals what lies beneath the appearance we present to the world. Through Compassionate Inquiry, the client can recognize the unconscious dynamics that run their lives and how to liberate themselves.

Private Yoga Sessions
RESTORATIVE, YOGA NIDRA & SOUND-BATH
Journey into deep relaxation through a fusion of Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Sound-Bath. We start the first half of class guiding the body into stillness. Through the use of props, we activate the “calm cascade” of restorative yoga. Supported poses are held for an extended time allowing the body to relax and heal.
The second half of class we transition into Yoga Nidra also known as “Yogic Sleep”. In yoga Nidra, the body is completely relaxed in savasana (corpse pose) while students are guided through Pancha Maya Kosha, the five layers of self. Through breathing exercises and body scans, students are led to a calm and restful state of consciousness allowing for deep relaxation and a feeling of
interconnected wholeness.
Finally, the session ends in a sound-bath savanna.

In contrast to traditional therapy, Neuro-Somatic Alchemy and Compassionate Inquiry sessions use somatic and contemplative practices to help clients better understand and overcome obstacles to achieve a specific intention.
